This lively performance of Lionel Hampton's "Flying Home" was recorded in 1942. Overjazz refers to it as "Flying Home No. 1". Although "lively", I'm not sure if this performance is actually "live", because the announcer isn't heard on any other uploads. Perhaps the announcer heard in this Aige Old Radio episode is/was a radio announcer?
